Depression is a serious problem. Don’t take it lightly. It’s not stomach upsetting that will cure in its own. Though severe depression needs medical attention, mild depression can be cured at home free of cost. This is how you can cure mild depression and cope up with a bad day.
The cure goes like this,
First, move your body from the position it is in.
Second, fling your arms in the air.
Third, punch the door and kick it. Careful!! Don’t inflict self harm though.
Fourth, Hoot and Howl like a wild Chimpanzee. Or any weird noise will do. Just let your lungs speak for you.
Fifth, climb on a high place in your house and fling your arms violently without harming your body or property. All this while making weirder and louder noises.
I would have sent my clip curing my mild depression but that would bring a lot of researchers to my blog and give me a lot of attention! Lol.
